生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)為期 3 周,以聽取企業(yè)技術(shù)和管理人員報(bào)告和參觀實(shí)習(xí)的方式進(jìn)行,了解現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)過程、組織機(jī)構(gòu)、企業(yè)管理、創(chuàng)新研發(fā)、運(yùn)行機(jī)制;了解光路設(shè)計(jì)、電路設(shè)計(jì)、機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)為一體的光機(jī)電一體化;了解光電元器件、電子元器件、儀器儀表的生產(chǎn)過程;企業(yè)特點(diǎn)及企業(yè)文化; 有條件頂崗位的同學(xué)將上崗,親自動(dòng)手操作、裝配、測試,以企業(yè)員工的身份完成實(shí)習(xí)任務(wù);

生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)過程中,要求學(xué)生記錄實(shí)習(xí)日志,實(shí)習(xí)結(jié)束后,完成實(shí)習(xí)總結(jié)報(bào)告。本教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行百分制考核,最終成績的比例為:實(shí)習(xí)表現(xiàn)占 40%;實(shí)習(xí)日志占 10%;實(shí)習(xí)報(bào)告占 20%;考試成績占 30%。

Course Description:

Production Practice occupies an important position in the professional teaching and it is comprehensive practice teaching. Students move towards factories and enterprises through the Production Practice and understand modern production process and business management. Students combine theory and practice, consolidate learned technical basic knowledge and professional knowledge, improve the ability to identify problems, analyze problems and solve problems in practice. We develop students' practical ability and innovation consciousness in particular, expand the horizons of students through internships, develop students’ love of professional and lay a good foundation for specialized courses learning and future employment for them.

The production internship lasts three weeks. By means of listening to the enterprise technical and management personnel report and visiting the internship, students should learn the production process of the modern enterprise, the organization, the enterprise management, the innovation research and the operational mechanism, students should also understand the optical path design, the circuit design and the mechanical design for the light mechatronics, students should know about the process of production of optoelectronic components, electronic components and instrumentation; Through this internship, we can learn the business characteristics and corporate culture; Conditional students will mount guard, hands-on operation, assembly, testing, complete practice task as enterprise staff's identity.

The Students should records internship log during Production Practice and the internship summary report after Production Practice. Proportion of the final results of the teaching link that is examined with hundred-mark system: the internship performance accounted for 40%, internship logs accounted for 10%, the internship report accounted for 20%, the test accounted for 30%.
